The main function of HOPU ZYD Series double stage high-efficient vacuum transformer oil purifier is to remove free and dissolved water, gases, and mechanical impurities from insulating oils so as to ensure its purity and improve its insulation breakdown voltage property. It is suitable for transformer oil treatment 500KV super-voltage transforming equipment and 220KV transformers. It is also suitable for the treatment of capacitor oil, transformer oil and freezer oil.

An operator room is installed on the machine,too. The operator just sit in the operation room to run the oil filter machine.

Vacuum pump is Busch brand, Roots vacuum buster pump is Atlas brand.
Oil inlet pump and outlet pump is Seim brand with ABB motor and ABB VFD

It is very convient for site working conditions. No need to change the oil pipe from your oil tank

5.HOPU unique defoaming design,the defoaming is done by Foam eliminator and PES sensor. After the foam enters the Foam eliminator, the foam is reduced to oil. Because the specific gravity of the oil is larger than the foam, the oil flows into the bottom of the oil storage chamber. Since the device does not need to vent air to the degassing chamber, the equipment is in a high vacuum state during operation, which improves the degassing efficiency of the equipment. After PES detects foam, in order to prevent foam from entering the condenser, the oil pump will automatically start and the oil intake will automatically decrease.
