Application:

Series ZYD-M Mobile type Double-stage vacuum Insulating oil purifier,transformer oil purification plant can remove the water, gas and impurities in Insulating oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make the oil limiting voltage-withstand value much higher and make sure the electric device running safely. The machine is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil, insulating oil and so on. It also can be used for filtration of more than 110KV substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, as the bridge-type vacuum linking system, Series ZYD-M oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Comparing with the single stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, gas and impurities in insulating oil high-efficiently, increasing and maintain the oil's dielectric strength more higher.

According to fieldwork requirement, this machine equips car wheels, which can be easily moved to any work point by traction. It is especially suitable for purifying oil which locates in fields.

Features

1.HOPU Newly designed double vacuum distillation chamber, with Large area three-dimensional vacuum dehydration technology, advanced dewatering and degassing system, which removes water and gas more quickly and efficiently than traditional method.

2. Equipped with double stage high vacuum system (oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump + roots vacuum pump), which ensures fast vacuum pumping speed and high vacuum degree

3. All necessary control switch, light indicator and moisture ppm meter are equipped on the control panel which provides easy control for operation and supervision.

4.This machine can be operated both online and offline. Besides, it can be used as independent vacuum pumping and vacuum oil filling equipment for oil-immersed electrical equipment.

5.Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, electric heater and oil level controller, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leakage. If there is any fault, the machine will be power off automatically.
