Mobile Trailer Mounted Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier/Insulation Oil Filtration /Dielectric Oil Purification System is mainly used to improve the properties of transformer oil for 66KV to 500KV,700KV,1000KV power transmission project. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly, so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system. Transformer oil maintenance is the key to transformer reliability, performance and longevity. Your transformer's insulating oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases and particles that accumulate as the oil ages. Even some new oils may require treatment to limit these contents to acceptable levels.
Application
ZYD Series Double Stages High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification System has a high pumping rate of two-stage vacuum system, a unique degassing, dehydrating function, using the most advanced three-dimensional double-flash technology, fast and efficient removal of oil in liquid water, while double precision multistage comb filter can efficiently remove oil in the water, gas, particulate impurities, acidic substances and oil oxidation products, thus improving the dielectric strength of the transformer oil.
1. Three axle six wheel trailer, easy to move, stable with hexagonal jack, and capable of turning
1.1. Strong load-bearing capacity, more even load distribution, multi axle design (3 axles) can significantly improve the total load-bearing capacity of the trailer, and compared to single or double axle trailers, it can carry heavier goods
1.2. 6 wheels evenly distribute weight, reducing the pressure on individual wheels, lowering tire wear and the risk of tire blowouts, while also protecting the road surface and minimizing damage to the road.
1.3. Lateral stability: The multi axle and multi wheel layout increases the lateral support width of the trailer, making it less prone to rollover during turns, uneven roads, or crosswinds, resulting in smoother driving.
1.4. Anti bumps ability: Multiple wheels in contact with the ground can better absorb road bumps and reduce the risk of damage to goods due to vibration, especially suitable for transporting fragile goods or precision equipment.
2.Manual operation room
This vacuum transformer oil filtration machine is equipped with a manual operation room (also known as a control room or operation room), which is designed by HOPU engineers for large, high-precision, or long-term continuous operation of insulation oil filter equipment. Its advantages are mainly reflected in multiple aspects such as operation convenience, safety, environmental adaptability, and equipment protection, especially suitable for industrial grade oil filtration scenarios
2.1 Data visualization: Through indoor instruments, large-sized electronic touch screens, and fully automatic PLC control, key data during the oil filtration process can be displayed in real time (such as oil temperature, oil pressure, online monitoring of filtered oil quality indicators, filter element status, etc.), making it easy for operators to accurately judge the equipment's operating status and adjust parameters in a timely manner to ensure the oil filtration effect.
2.2 Human computer interaction optimization: The interior of the operating room can be designed with ergonomic features such as a control panel, seats, and air conditioning to reduce fatigue from prolonged operations and improve work efficiency.
2.3 Adverse environmental protection: When used outdoors or in industrial sites (such as mines and construction sites), the operating room can withstand natural environmental influences such as wind, rain, dust, and low temperatures, avoiding operators from working in extreme weather conditions.
3. This transformer oil purifier adopts a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) design for the inlet and outlet oil system. The core is to achieve precise control of the inlet and outlet oil flow and pressure by adjusting the motor speed of the driving oil pump. This design has significant advantages over traditional fixed frequency motors and valve throttling control methods in terms of energy efficiency, adaptability, equipment protection, etc. It has precise flow and pressure regulation, and improves filtration efficiency. 4. The transformer oil purifier adopts a T-shaped vacuum tank design, which is HOPU Engineer's 20-year research and development achievements. It has unique advantages in oil dehydration, degassing, and impurity filtration efficiency, especially suitable for processing transformer insulation oil with high moisture and gas content. Its core advantages stem from the optimization of the oil flow path, contact area, and separation efficiency in a vacuum environment by the structure, which improves the contact efficiency between the oil and the vacuum environment, enhances the dehydration and degassing effect, and provides a wider oil distribution space for the T-shaped transverse main tank body.
After entering the tank, the oil can form a uniform oil film or mist through the transverse cavity. The design is combined with a spray device to greatly increase the contact area with the vacuum environment, making it easier for dissolved water (free water, emulsified water) and gases (air, hydrogen, etc.) in the oil to evaporate and escape
The transverse main body of the T-shaped vacuum tank has a spacious interior, with a more even distribution of vacuum (negative pressure) to avoid "separation dead corners" caused by insufficient local vacuum; At the same time, the distribution of oil in the transverse tank body is smoother, which is less likely to damage the vacuum environment due to severe impact, ensuring the stability of the dehydration and degassing process (especially under high flow conditions, the separation efficiency can still be maintained)
