It adopts advanced coalescence separation filter technology, vacuum dehydration system, which can efficiently remove moisture, gas, mechanical impurities, and oxides from the oil, significantly improving the cleanliness and service life of the oil. Oil water separation filter cartridge - precise filtration, long-lasting stability Adopting high-precision coalescence separation composite filter element, through the dual mechanism of deep filtration and coalescence separation, it effectively intercepts small particle pollutants and achieves rapid separation of free water and emulsified water in oil. The filter element has a large capacity for dirt and a long service life, significantly reducing customer maintenance costs.
Vacuum dehydration system - deep dehydration to restore performance Equipped with an efficient vacuum dehydration module, it rapidly evaporates and extracts dissolved water, free water, and gases from oil in a low-temperature vacuum environment, with a dehydration efficiency of over 95%. After treatment, the water content of the oil can be reduced to below 50ppm, effectively restoring the insulation and lubrication properties of the oil, and extending the service life of the hydraulic system.
