It is reported that during the long-term operation of the transformer, the insulation oil is contaminated by multiple factors such as moisture, gas, and solid impurities, resulting in a significant decrease in the dielectric strength of the oil, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the equipment. The traditional oil change method is not only expensive, but also requires the disposal of a large amount of waste oil, which not only wastes resources but also increases environmental pressure.
Our mobile trailer type vacuum transformer oil purification machine adopts two-stage vacuum separation technology, which deeply purifies transformer oil on site through advanced processes such as pressure reduction separation, precision filtration, and spiral spray atomization separation. When the equipment is working, the oil forms a mist like film in a vacuum environment, allowing water and gas to quickly vaporize and be discharged under high heat and high vacuum conditions.
At the same time, the multi-stage precision filtration system effectively removes solid particle impurities above 0.5 μ m.After continuous operation, several tons of transformer oil were successfully processed on site, with the water content of the oil controlled below 10ppm, the gas content reduced to less than 0.1%, and the dielectric strength restored to the standard requirements. The purified oil fully meets the IEC 60422 international standard and can be directly reused without the need to replace with new oil. This technology not only helps us save a lot of new oil procurement costs, but more importantly, reduces the cost of waste oil treatment, truly realizing the recycling of resources, "said the on-site manager of Siemens."
