HOPU Oil Pour Point Freezing Point Tester Introduction:

Fully automatic tester for the freezing point and pour point of transformer oil is condensation point of petroleum products，The fully automatic pour point measuring instrument  adopts high-performance microprocessors and the latest semiconductor refrigeration technology, with touch screen and color LCD display that realizes English character display and human-machine dialogue. When testing the pour point of petroleum products, the CPU controls the cooling system to cool the sample, and the color LCD display shows the status Temperature Set value Clock, when the sample cools to the maximum temperature at which it cannot move (freezing point), the display shows the freezing point temperature, sounds a prompt, and prints the test results. When testing the pour point of petroleum products, when the sample cools to the lowest temperature at which it can flow (pour point), the display shows the pour point temperature, sounds a prompt, and prints the test results.

Working Conditions: 

1. The instrument should be placed on a flat and stable workbench, and air convection should be minimi zed in the environment.

 2.  This product may involve flammable materials when used. It is not allowed to have an open flame (or a device that produces spark) close to it during operation. 

3.  When the instrument is not in use, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place. 

4.  The power supply is single-phase three-wire system and must have a good grounding terminal. 

5. The environmental conditions for the instrument use are: ambient temperature 5~30℃, humidity ≤85%, working power supply AC220V±10%, 50Hz.

6. Measuring range Room temperature ~ -68℃

7. Constant temperature accuracy ±0.4℃
