JL Series Newly designed Gear lube oil purifier, lube oil cleaning device, installed with online particle counter, online moiture tester, coalescence separator filter element. It is used to remove the free water and impurity from lube oil.
The particle counter can online test and display pollution degree of oil from hydraulic and lubricating system, so that maintenance staff could take preventive measures in early period, avoiding abrasion and damage upon gear hydraulic components from containments
This Waste Gear Oil Cleaning / Lube Oil Filtration Plant designed specially for purifying various industrial lubricating oils such as hydraulic oil, gear oil, coolant oil, compressor oil, etc... due to long period usage of the systems, lube oils would be mixed and polluted with particles, impurities, water content and other waste residues which destroy the lube oil's functions. Therefore, periodic purification/filtration of lube oils is quite necessary and required.
