Series ZYD-U Ultra High Voltage Vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Equipment developed by HOPU is specially designed for the filtration, dehydration and degasification of the insulating oils including transformer oils, polybutene and silicone fluids in the ultra high voltage electrical equipment.  

Ultra High Voltage (UHV) Grid is named as “Electrical High Way” which features big capacity, long distance and low loss. There are 500kV AC, 750kV AC, 1000kV AC, ±660kv DC, ±880kV DC, etc… Considering ensuring its ultra high safety, it has extremely requirements on insulating oils using in the transformer, mutual inductor, and reactor.  

Series ZYD-U extra high voltage (EHV) transformer oil purification machine is very powerful in abilities of vacuum degassing, dehydration and filtration for insulating oil or transformer oil. It applies to on-site transformer maintenance and deep purification of new transformer oil, imported transformer oil oil, mutual inductor oil and ultra high voltage transformer oil. It can also be used for transformer oil vacuum filling and vacuum drying operation.
