Vacuum cable oil degasifier system/insulating oil filtering machine
Application
Series ZY-C vacuum cable oil degasifier system is specially designed for purification of cable oil, aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil as well as for other electrical insulating liquids. The process maintains the oil's dielectric strength, and removes free, soluble water, air-gases and particulate matter.
Features
1.This machine is small, hi-efficient and convenient. It can live operated with electrical, vacuum oil power equipment and dry moisture of power equipment.
2.It has duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, and it is combined with unique and advanced dehydration and degassing components, which can rapidly and effectively separate water,and gas from oil.
3.It has efficient electric heating system with heating uniformity and less power consumption, which is safe and reliable.
4.It has double-infrared liquid level sensor and pressure protective system to ensure the machine operate easily and safely.
5.It
adopts interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump, heater
and liquid level sensor, which can avoid blank heating, blank pumping,
oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine can cut
power off automatically.
6.It can work with BZ insulating oil
regeneration device to decolor (remove acid, oxide and free carbon) and
lower dielectric loss, which will make the processed oil more limpid.
