Application:
This machine is used for purification and regeneration treatment of high precision lubricating oils such as used hydraulic oil, refrigerator oil, antiwear hydraulic oil and used industrial fluids etc.
It is high automation, small size, safe and reliable.
Features:
1. High-tech: Molecular demulsification, thin film evaporation.
2. High water content removal: quickly dehydrate oil that even contains water oil half and half.
3. Hi-efficiency: Dehydration rate 0.5-2.5Kg per minute.
4. Adopt the dehydration system that need not to be changed for the whole service life.
5. Strong water removal and demulsification capacity. Easily separate large mount of water and also remove micro amount of water from oil.
6. Special film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology enables quick demulsifying and make the turbid and emulsified oil clear.
7. The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of lifetime service(above 20 years), which avoids the periodic demulsifying filter replacement and also reduces the cost of purification and work intensity.
8. With strong impurities removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove large mount of impurities. Large area deep level precision filtration material can remove the granules from the oil, serving as displacement of oil system cleaning device, which brings serious contaminated oil system back to within the “Serving Steam Hydraulic Turbine Oil Contamination Control Standard”.
